✧ Each piece is handmade and photographed individually. We strive to present the details, glazes, textures, and overall condition of each piece as accurately as possible.

Due to shooting light, screen display, or different viewing devices, there may be slight color differences between the actual product and the photos, which is a normal phenomenon.

✧ We meticulously inspect and photograph details, minor marks, handmade textures, and natural firing marks.

If a piece has obvious flaws, special marks, or structural defects, it will be clearly indicated in the product description and additional videos. Please be sure to read and confirm thoroughly before purchasing.

✧ Handmade ceramic works may have slight irregularities during the production process (such as glaze flow, tiny pores, ash spots, handmade marks, slight height differences, etc.). These are characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.

✧ After a product is sold, returns or refunds will not be accepted based on personal preferences, discrepancies with imagination, misjudgment of size, or non-defective reasons, unless the product is damaged, broken, or severely damaged during shipping.

✧ If the product arrives damaged, please provide the following within 24 hours of receipt:

- Complete unboxing video

- Photos of the damaged product

- Photos of the outer packaging condition

✧ To protect both parties' rights, it is recommended to video record the entire unboxing process. Without a complete unboxing record, it may affect subsequent assessment and claim processing.
